For more than three decades, Pristine Pools has kept pools and spas clean, safe and running across Phillip Island and beyond. What began as a local pool service has grown into a full pool and spa business, with a showroom in Cowes and clients from Cranbourne to Lakes Entrance.
We look after everything from backyard pools to busy resort facilities: regular servicing, onsite water and microbiology testing, repairs, renovations, and new spas and equipment. Our clients include resorts, schools, holiday-let operators, property managers and homeowners.
How We Got Here
- Where it began
Looking after Phillip Island pools
Pristine Pools started out servicing and repairing pools and spas around Phillip Island, building a reputation for honest advice and reliable work.
- Growing with the region
From the Bass Coast to Gippsland
As word spread, our service area grew across the Bass Coast, South Gippsland, the Latrobe Valley, East Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula.
- 2011
Major renovation for Bayview Apartments
We replumbed an entire pool and spa system, replaced a 40-year-old concrete spa with a fibreglass one and retiled the waterline. We’ve tested their water ever since.
- 2018
A new factory and onsite showroom
Bill and Maree expanded the business and moved into our current factory at 1/99 Settlement Road, Cowes, with an onsite showroom for spas, equipment, chemicals and expert advice.

30+ years and counting
A SPASA-approved team trusted by resorts, schools, holiday-let operators and homeowners, with onsite water and microbiology testing and Sapphire Spas and Oasis products.
Bill and Maree
Pristine Pools is run by Bill and Maree, who have spent more than 30 years looking after pools and spas across Phillip Island and the region.
In 2018 they took a big step, buying the factory at 1/99 Settlement Road, Cowes, and moving the business in. The new space gave us room to grow, with a workshop and an onsite showroom where you can see spas on display, stock up on equipment and chemicals, and get advice from people who know local pools.
